Do you wake up each morning feeling excited and enthusiastic in anticipation the day ahead? Or do you find yourself feeling depressed, uninspired, anxious or just unfulfilled?
We are all influenced by our life experiences and some of these lead to inaccurate, limited beliefs about ourselves. Once you learn to identify and understand these beliefs, life begins to change. The path to happiness and wholeness involves getting to know your true self, transcending your conditioned perspective on who you are and embracing your highest potential and purpose. When you change your state of mind, you change your state of being.

My clinical interests center on mindfulness and the neuroscience of attachment. I cultivated this interest by additional post-graduate work in forensic neuroscience, which allowed me to immerse myself in understanding the distinct connections within our brain as we connect with others and/or our own human behaviors.
My own personal trials and trauma, which were overcome through therapy, have helped me gain unconditional empathy and knowledge to help others through their journey of healing and self fulfillment. I have a Christian worldview and often incorporate the Christian approach to help reach one’s full potential.
Let me work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Contact me today to set an appointment.
